Delivery & Returns
Deliveries will be made to the delivery address nominated on the delivery document.
Standard delivery time is UP TO 5 working days for delivery of your goods although we do try to dispatch the following day .
Some special order items may take up to 12 working days for delivery if the item has to be ordered in from manufacturer.
Where possible delivery will be made to customer’s requirements but this cannot be guaranteed and no liability will be accepted by the company for late or wrong delivery for the goods.
Larger orders may be sent by pallet and are sometimes to the kerb side only. You may be required to help move the products to your premises. We will also assume that access is available for HGV'S for the larger orders. Please be aware that If you are not in at the time of delivery, you could be charged an additional cost for re-delivery.
Please note that any orders that are placed after 12 o'clock will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be sent out untill the following Monday.
Our warehouse is also closed on bank holidays so please allow an extra 2 to 3 working days for delivery of your goods.
All of our shipments require a signiture on delivery. Some may be left with a neighbour if the customer is not home. If you would not like your parcel left with a neighbour please contact us.

Inspection, shortages & defects
The customer must inspect the goods as soon as possible after they have received them and in any event within 24 hours of receipt by it.
Any shortages must be notified in writing to the company within 3 days of receipt of goods, stating batch numbers where possible.
Any defects must be notified in writing to the company within 3 month of receipt of goods, stating batch numbers where possible.
Return of goods
Goods must be within shelf life
Goods must be in resalable condition
Customers will be charged as follows - Goods returned by customer at 15% of the invoice value - No credit will be issued until goods have passed a ‘fit for resale’
Cost of retun postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
